NJ-licensed attorneys, listed plainly.
New Jersey is an attorney-review state — every residential sale has a three-business-day cooling period during which counsel can revise or cancel. This directory lists the NJ attorneys who have signed engagement letters with TurnkeyDoor. We don't represent buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants — we list attorneys who do, and link out so you can engage them directly.
Legal posture: not a law firm
TurnkeyDoor is a real-estate technology platform, not a law firm. We do not give legal advice, draft bespoke legal documents, or represent buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants. Every NJ statute we surface carries a primary-source citation; every form-generation flow produces a template you take to your own attorney for review.

We're actively engaging NJ real-estate attorneys for the October 2026 FRBO + Q3 2026 FSBO launches. Until the first engagement letter is signed, this directory is intentionally empty — we don't list attorneys we haven't actually partnered with.

About the partner network
Why does TurnkeyDoor list attorneys?
NJ is an attorney-review state — residential sales include a three-business-day cooling period during which either side's counsel can revise or cancel. We list partner attorneys so FSBO sellers and tenants can engage counsel quickly. Listing is directory information, not a referral, recommendation, or endorsement of any particular attorney.
How are attorneys vetted?
Each listed attorney has (1) a verifiable NJ Bar ID, (2) a signed engagement letter on file with TurnkeyDoor, and (3) practice areas relevant to NJ real estate. We do NOT vet for case outcomes, malpractice history, or fee level — those are facts you should verify directly with the attorney and the NJ Disciplinary Review Board.
Does TurnkeyDoor take a referral fee?
No. Per C-46a non-broker discipline, TurnkeyDoor never holds attorney fees and never takes a fee-sharing arrangement with listed attorneys. Booking + payment happen on the attorney's site directly. We mirror the C-46b read-only-server posture: the platform lists, the user decides, the attorney represents.
What about coverage outside Bergen County?
The directory filters by counties served. Many partner attorneys cover multiple NJ counties. If no partner serves the relevant county, the NJ State Bar Lawyer Referral Service (1-800-FREE-LAW / njsba.com/legal-resources/) is the statewide fallback surfaced on every UPL-defense block.
Can owners still engage their own attorney?
Always. Listing on this directory is descriptive only — owners are free to engage any NJ-licensed attorney, listed or not. The directory exists to surface partners who have agreed to TurnkeyDoor's engagement-letter scaffold; it is not a list of attorneys owners must use.
